When I look back...

When I look back, I see myself,

those twinkling eyes with so many dreams in them,

those pampered times with my elders,

sometimes gloomy, sometimes happy,

sometimes naughty, sometimes cranky,

sometimes adamant, sometimes placid,

sometimes gregarious, sometimes alone,

When I look back, I see myself,

treading through all the phases of life,

looking forward to be the same,

me, myself again,

with still so many dreams to accomplish,

with dedication, confidence and passion.
